Co-Ordinator and/or MC
A package that will suit the organised bride & groom who want to do the planning themselves but also want to relax and enjoy their big day as the honoured guests they really are.
Package includes:
You organise all the main details of your wedding yourself including styling, location, catering etc.
In the month leading up to the Big Day we will meet once a week to discuss how everything is going and what you need help with and to refine the run sheet and my responsibilities.
In the week before the wedding we will do a handover of suppliers and finalise all the details for the day.
On the actual wedding day, I will be on hand liaising with suppliers, yourselves, your families and friends and celebrant to make sure that everything goes perfectly.
I will also MC at your wedding if this is what you wish, allowing all your family and friends to relax and enjoy themselves as well.
I want to make sure that your day is both memorable and relaxing and everything you've ever dreamed of.
This option includes limited email and phone support.
The Wholehearted Approach
A complete wedding planning package to make your dream day a reality.
Package includes but is not limited to:
- Designing and sending out the invitations and monitoring the RSVP's, dietary requirements etc
- Booking your venues (ceremony/reception) and liaising with the manager of the venue
- Booking and working with your caterer
- Booking and working with your band/musicians etc
- Organising your marriage certificate (and keeping it safe for you)
- Organising any accommodation for guests as required
- Helping families with any questions or special requests
- Helping you with your seating chart
The list goes on.......we can nail down all the specifics as we go if there are certain things you want to take care of yourself.
Basically this option allows you to have the wedding you always wanted without any of the stress. You should be able to go about your daily lives between now and the big day comfortable that everything is taken care of.
This option also includes unlimited email and phone support during the whole process.
Celebrant Only
As a registered marriage and civil ceremony celebrant, I would love to be able to officiate at your wedding ceremony.
Knowing what you need to include in your ceremony legally and then what you want to include to show your personality and love for each other, can be a bit overwhelming. But never fear...I'm cool, calm, collected and most importantly, open-minded and LOVE what I do.
